How soon will my order arrive?
Our aim is to ensure that all orders are sent out on the same working day until our 4pm cut off. In exceptional cases where the size or type of order prevents this, we will get in touch to let you know and discuss alternative arrangements if required.
All UK orders are sent with either Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce 24. This ensures they should reach their destination within 1-2 working days with the majority arriving the next day after dispatch.
Please note that during the busy festive period (November-December) the dispatch and delivery of your order may take a little longer. Over this period we do extend our working hours to get your order out as quickly as possible and do all we can to minimise disruption.

Do you offer Click & Collect?
You are very welcome to collect your order in person from our Wadebridge warehouse. We do ask that you contact us beforehand to ensure we have your order prepared and ready.
Please understand that we are a busy warehouse rather than a traditional shop so unfortunately customers are unable to enter the storage space for a browse.
If you have a particular project in mind that requires a visit, please feel free to contact us and we will do all we can to assist and arrange an appointment if possible.
How much will I be charged for delivery?
Why make it complicated? We have a simple shipping model for UK orders. Spend over £35 to benefit from free shipping with Royal Mail 24. Orders under this amount are charged a flat rate of £2.95 and are also shipped with Royal Mail 24 for speedy delivery.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated on order value and presented and displayed at checkout. Please be aware that large orders can require additional postage charges and one of our team will contact you to discuss your delivery requirements and choice of courier. Please feel free to request a shipping quote before purchase if you require overseas delivery.
Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges.
Please be aware that particularly bulky orders, or those to be sent to non UK mainland delivery addresses may incur additional courier charges. These will not automatically be applied at checkout but instead we will contact you before fulfilment to discuss your shipping options.
How do I return an item?
You are welcome to return any items bought from us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

- Products bought at sale price
Please Note that we cannot accept returns of fabric once it has been cut or altered in any way.
Unless an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
